| Using & Configuring Your Email
Choose email type below:
Web-Based eMail
With eDesigns web-based email you can view your messages around
the world as long as you have a connection to the internet.
To Send and Receive email via the web open your web browser.

In the address bar type http://yourdomain.com:2095 if
your domain ends in a different extension i.e. .net, .org,
.com then type http://yourdomain.net:2095 etc.

Your browser will take you to the main email window and
you will then be prompted to log in

Enter the username of your email address including the
"@yourdomain.com". I.E.: johnsmith@yourdomain.com

Enter your password
-
Click Login

Once logged in you can send and receive you email for
that email address
Configuring Microsoft Outlook &
Outlook Express eMail
Introduction
Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express , included in the Microsoft
Office suite, is a messaging application that helps you communicate
with other people via the Internet. This document focuses
on using Outlook as an email client, specifically for your
general email system.
Configuring Email
To configure email, select Accounts from the Tools menu. Click
Add, and then select Mail. Outlook will launch its Internet
Connection Wizard, which will prompt you for the following
information. Be sure to click Next after each step.

Step One: Enter your name

Step Two: Enter your email address. This address should
take the form of username@yourdomain.com, where username
is your mailbox. I.E.: support@eDesigns.org (support is
the mailbox. @eDesigns.org is the domain name)

Step Three: Choose POP3 as your incoming mail server.
For POP3 Incoming: Enter: mail.yourdomain.com as your
Incoming mail server.

Step Four: For SMPT: Enter: mail.yourdomain.com your
internet your Outgoing mail server

Step Five:Under Internet Mail Login or account name,
enter your full email address. I.E.: support@eDesigns.org.
Make sure the Log on using Secure Password Authentication
box is NOT checked

Step Six: If you are dialing your provider via modem,
select Connect using my phone line under Choose Connection
Type. If you are connecting using a High Speed, Ethernet,
or OpenPort connection, choose Connect using my local
area network (LAN)

Step Seven: You should now see a dialog box that says
Congratulations. Click Finish to save the settings
Reading Email
To read your email, on the left frame of your Outlook screen
you have folders then click on your Inbox folder. Click on
any message to read it.
Sending Email
To send email, click on the New button. Compose your message
and click Send when you are finished.
Note: If you are using more than one email address Click
your From box. A drop down list will appear with all of the
email accounts you have configured for that computer. Choose
the account you wish to use. That's it your account is all
set!
